Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Custom-sized orders may require an additional 2 days for processing and precision cutting.
Do you provide a warranty on your foam mattresses?
Yes, our premium mattresses come with a limited warranty ranging from 5 to 10 years, covering sagging and manufacturing defects to ensure long-lasting comfort.
Can I request a custom size for my sofa cushions?
Absolutely. We offer bespoke cutting services. Simply provide your specific dimensions through our contact page, and we will create a custom quote for you.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-cut foam and used mattresses are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons.
