Initiate a Request
Contact our support team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the foam product is in its original condition and packaging; for hygiene reasons, items must be free from stains or odors.
Schedule Pickup
Once approved, we will coordinate a convenient pickup time with our logistics partner to collect the item directly from your home.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement product within 5-7 business days.
